We are a retired couple who have just recently relocated to Prescott, AZ from Seattle , Washington.
Last fall we took a trip here to Prescott to check out the area, the city, the culture, and the housing market. We saw several of the Danley Team’s videos on YouTube and we were very impressed. So we reached out to them before our trip and arranged to meet.
Shawn met with us and took us on a guided tour of the area. We said that we were definitely interested in relocating and working with him and Tiffany as our agents.
We sold our home in the Pacific Northwest just last September, packed up, and headed south.

My wife and I started our adventure this February 2026. We knew we wanted to move to the Prescott / Prescott Valley area, but not much more. 5 Star Experience
We were planning a potential move from MN to Prescott AZ. In researching the area we found Shawn and Tiffany's You Tube channel. This turned out to be our best source for great info on the area. I reached out to Shawn about an upcoming trip we were planning to check out the area. He offered to tour us around and show us the different areas and neighborhoods. He was fantastic, and spent a day and a half with us. We were considering a couple other local realtors at that time, but with Shawn's willingness to spend this much time helping us, his knowledge of the area and his quality character, our decision was easy. Based on his input and tours, we narrowed down our choices to 2 neighborhoods. His insight and local knowledge were priceless for us being from out of state. We found a house several weeks later and Shawn and Tiffany took us on a live video tour, as we couldn't travel down to see it in person. We purchased this home sight unseen based on our previous tour of the neighborhood and on Shawn and Tiffany's excellent video tour. We moved in this week, with a completely flawless and smooth closing. I had very specific parameters and they respected them; not trying to upsell a more expensive home, for example. I was greatly appreciative of that. We ran into issues on a home inspection and they helped guide me and advise me so that I ultimately found the perfect place. Kind, respectful, funny, Sharp, great negotiators and diligent. Shawn and Tiffany were so pleasant to work with. They patiently toured us around on short notice from one side of town to the other (occasionally through the snow!) and found us a perfect property. The follow-through was excellent, fixing our issues before we knew they were there! They were able to suggest a couple of contractors (well, boundary) who were just as pleasant and professional. All-around a great experience and we highly recommend them. We feel like they have become friends and we can hang out with them any day!
