In researching the area we found Shawn and Tiffany's You Tube channel. This turned out to be our best source for great info on the area. I reached out to Shawn about an upcoming trip we were planning to check out the area. He offered to tour us around and show us the different areas and neighborhoods. He was fantastic, and spent a day and a half with us. We were considering a couple other local realtors at that time, but with Shawn's willingness to spend this much time helping us, his knowledge of the area and his quality character, our decision was easy. They were incredibly dedicated and communicative throughout the entire process. They kept us updated with regular reports from the builders and even sent video updates of our house as it was being built. Those videos meant the world to us and helped us feel connected even though we were hundreds of miles away. They represented the neighborhood perfectly — from the open-range cows and friendly neighbors to reliable Amazon delivery and easy access to state land. Everything they told us was spot-on. Their YouTube videos were exceptionally informative; we watched almost all of them and learned so much about the Prescott area before we even arrived (weather patterns, grocery stores, local driving habits, etc.). Those videos gave us so much confidence in our decision. It’s clear they have a genuine passion for this area, and it shows in everything they do. The communication with the Danley team is great. We had a great experience working with the Danley team. We gave them a difficult challenge to sell vacant land. They kept going until they made the sale happen. I know this is not as easy as selling a home. We will definitely go back to the Danley's the next time we want to buy or sell in this area. I think one of the things that seperates them from other agents is their communication and attitude. Every time I had a question they responded in a very timely manner. They patiently toured us around on short notice from one side of town to the other (occasionally through the snow!) and found us a perfect property. The follow-through was excellent, fixing our issues before we knew they were there! They were able to suggest a couple of contractors (well, boundary) who were just as pleasant and professional. All-around a great experience and we highly recommend them. We feel like they have become friends and we can hang out with them any day!

Last fall we took a trip here to Prescott to check out the area, the city, the culture, and the housing market. We saw several of the Danley Team’s videos on YouTube and we were very impressed.
